Louis Mallia Farewell

Posted: 10 September, 2018

Dear all OC’s

The time has come to farewell Mr Louis Mallia who will be retiring at the end of this year. Having taught at Cranbrook for 34 years we are sure that many of you have memories of his science lessons and involvement in the life of Cranbrook.

We are collecting stories, photos and funny anecdotes from OC’s and current students to collate in to a book which we will present to him on his last day of teaching.

If you have any memories to include in this book we would love your contributions. For example any funny stories, pictures of him teaching or any well wishes for his future would be great. In particular any photos of him during his time here would be very much appreciated as it seems he has skilfully dodged the camera for many years. If you also have a current photo of yourself which we can include with your response please send it through as well.

This book will be a reflection of Louis’s life at Cranbrook and all the ways he has influenced people’s lives so we would greatly appreciate your involvement to make this a wonderful memento for him on his retirement.

Please send all responses to Craig Mills cmills@cranbrook.nsw.edu.au and please cc website@oca.org.au

Many thanks

The Cranbrook Science Department
